Due to the digital nature of eSIM products and the immediate delivery of activation codes, all sales are generally considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with our customers to resolve any issues.

Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the eSIM fails to activate due to technical problems on our end
  • Service Unavailability: If the service is not available in the purchased destination
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same plan multiple times
  • Immediate Cancellation: If you request a refund within 1 hour of purchase and before eSIM activation
  • Travel Plan Changes: If you change your travel plans within 30 days and the eSIM has not been installed
  • Fraudulent Transaction: If your payment was processed without your authorization

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • After the eSIM has been successfully activated and used
  • Device compatibility issues (please check compatibility before purchase)
  • User error in installation or setup
  • Network coverage issues in remote areas
  • Partial usage of data allowance
  • Expired eSIM plans that were not activated within the validity period
