Before You Purchase

Make sure your phone is;

Not Carrier Locked

To enjoy your trip with FlySimGo, your phone needs to be carrier-unlocked so it can talk to global networks.

  • iPhone: Settings > General > About. If "Carrier Lock" says "No SIM restrictions", you're all set!

  • Android: Connections > Mobile Networks. Turn off "Select automatically" β€” if several operators appear, your phone is likely unlocked.

Not Jailbroken / Rooted

To keep your connection super smooth and secure, make sure your device isn't jailbroken (iOS) or rooted (Android).

Standard version devices work best for a completely worry-free travel experience across all our global networks.
